As one of the first patient touchpoints, the design of the lobby sets the tone for a positive patient experience. The former lobby of this 1978 hospital was out of sync with the vibrant community that it increasingly served. The new two-story lobby renovation provided an opportunity to showcase a new image. Creating a dynamic guest experience on a moderate budget was the challenge.
